Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every student to feel they got real value. Here's how refunds work for our paid features.
Full Career Report (₹199)
- 7-day money-back guarantee. If you don't find your Full Report useful within 7 days of receiving it, email help@schooh.com and we'll refund the full ₹199, no questions asked.
- Refunds typically reach you within 5-7 business days, processed to the original payment method.
- Reports are personalized PDFs and can't be "returned" — but the refund stands regardless.
Career Counsellor sessions
- Before your session: 100% refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancel via the booking confirmation email or by emailing us.
- Within 24 hours of the session: 50% refund (we've blocked the counsellor's calendar).
- After the session: If you feel the session didn't deliver value, email us within 48 hours describing what fell short. We'll review and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- Roadmap Package (₹9,999): Includes 2 sessions + 6 months async support. Refundable on the same terms above for sessions; the async-support portion is non-refundable once it begins.
How to request a refund
Email help@schooh.com with:
- Your name and registered email
- The product (Full Report or Counsellor)
- Date of purchase
- Optional: a sentence on what fell short — it helps us improve.
We respond within 1 business day.
Free features
Most of Schooh — chapter tracker, AI Tutor, Today screen, Career assessment Lite Report, Schooh Pulse — is free. Refunds don't apply to free features, but if anything's broken, please tell us so we can fix it.
Disputes
If you're unhappy with our refund decision, you can dispute the charge directly with your payment provider (Razorpay, your bank, or your card issuer). We won't penalize anyone for filing a dispute.
